Radiators

Within the sectors: industry, offshore and maritime, air-cooled radiators are commonly used for combustion engines. Where a water/glycol mixture often flows through the pipes. Oversluizen Thermal Engineering calculates and produces industrial radiators with a long service life for heavy industrial applications, but also for the maritime sector and the oil and gas industry. All this in our own factory.

Thermal calculations and fans

Oversluizen can calculate coolers for a wide variety of applications with its own developed software. The most common are combustion engines between 100kW and 1500kW, in series of 1 to 10 units on an annual basis. We also use this type of cooler for electrification projects.

Where Oversluizen also calculated and supplies the axial fan, there is a possibility to have them driven by a hydromotor, electric motor or pulley. Additional options such as type approvals, Atex or other approvals are possible.

Construction

During the design, the conditions under which the installation will run are taken into account. This means that the cooling units can be provided with a special coating or adapted to highly polluting conditions.

In view of the generally heavy industrial applications, Oversluizen uses heavier materials to ensure a long service life. The majority of the construction parts are made of at least 3 mm steel and are constructed in such a way that the core has room for thermal expansion.

On request, the supplied fan from the engine manufacturer can be used, but of course many other fans can be selected by us. We also have innovative solutions for the development of low-noise installations.
