Cool technical problems
Our services are often called in for older installations that have had to cool down more capacity over time. It is also possible that the location has changed or existing piping has been adapted. In most cases, Oversluizen is able to recognize the problem with the available measuring equipment. Regrettably, solving problems is not always easy.
Our measuring equipment:
- Flir infrared camera
- Ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter, for measuring the volumetric flow without the required connection point.
- Anemometer (air speed meter)
- Thermocouples
- Tachometer
- Data logger, with 24 input channels for temperature, pressure sensors.
Measuring
By measuring on existing or delivered installations, we are able to measure and record a complete cooling system. In order to be flexible in this, mobile equipment was chosen to be able to measure both mobile and stationary applications at any location.
Our range of sensors includes a 24-channel data logger for pressure and temperature sensors, an infrared camera and a clamp-on flow meter.
