Build a skit

In addition to calculating and producing cooling solutions, Oversluizen also produces skids for engines or coolers for specific applications. We provide both cooled with air, freshwater or seawater including expansion tanks, heat recovery and sensors from our factory in Ridderkerk.


We are active in the maritime, oil and gas industry as well as heavy industry. Our skids are used for  example for cooling welding machines to (combustion)engine frames including piping and silicone hoses.

Maritime Cooling Skid For Welding Machine

This skid is built for placement on ships with large welding machines that are water-cooled. In this skid we cool the coolant with seawater to the desired temperature. In addition to the storage tank, redundancy has also been built in by making the pumps and pluming double..

All components are made of stainless steel 316, structural welds examined with NDT and FAT in our factory.

Electrification offshore crane

With a weight limit of 400 kg, every nut and bolt counted in this project. The customer request was 3x a skid with a radiator, electric motor, fan, pump, expansion tank, control box, actuator and heating. Suitable for a minimum of -25 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 40 degrees. For cooling electric motors, frequency drives and other electrical components.

The design has come out at just under 400 kg.

Marinating industrial engine

Due to the availability of standard water-cooled intake air coolers, Oversluizen has the option of making industrial engines suitable for remote cooling. The charge air cooler and engine water cooling are connected in series and calculated by Oversluizen, in such a way that the flow rate and temperature are suitable for roof cooling in the event of emergency power or well cooling for ships.

In all cases we calculate the coolers based on the original engine data.
