Within the agriculture installations are sometimes used for just several weeks for harvesting or fertilization of the land. During this long period of downtime, the machines need to work in a fast and stable manner during production. For us, this means that suitable units for agriculture, need to be able to handle polluting circumstances, and need to be easy to clean.
Consultation
In consultation with the customer, the unit has been designed in such a way that the cooling unit has become a part of the construction. The unit as a whole is cooled using hydraulically powered fans. Despite the compact design, the air is also used for cleaning the cooling block itself in addition to cooling. This increases the service intervals.
Oversluizen delivers these units on transport scaffoldings, which are then returned, after which new scaffoldings will be collected.
End result
By now, hundreds of these types of cooler have been installed. Despite the sometimes rough circumstances, the coolers remain functioning properly.
